OBITUARY – Phyllis V.J. Shaffer
Phyllis V.J. Shaffer 88 of Strasburg, Ohio went home to be with Lord Monday July 2, 2018 at Aultman Hospital Canton, Ohio.
Funeral services will be Thursday July 5, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Free Funeral Home in Coshocton, Ohio with Evangelist Ron Davis officiating. Burial will follow at West Lawn Cemetery, Newcomerstown, Ohio. Calling hours will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Phyllis was born November 21, 1929 in Coshocton, Ohio and was the daughter of Theodore C. and Francis Infield.
Phyllis married Ron Shaffer January 11, 1997 and he survives. She was a member of Canton Baptist Temple. She also enjoyed sewing, crocheting and planting flowers. She loved taking care of her home.
Surviving in addition to her husband is one brother Theodore “Sonny” Infield of Coshocton.
She was preceded in death by one infant son and one brother Jimmy Infield.
