Charlotte Banks

Charlotte Banks, 81, of Fresno passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023 at home following an extended illness.

Charlotte was born July 11, 1942 in Coshocton, Ohio and was the daughter of John R. and Elsie (Moore) Banks.  She went to Keene High School through 11th grade and later got her GED at JVS.  She was the manager of the D&K Store; she received her real estate license from the College of Dayton and was a licensed realtor for 13 years. She also was personnel manager and department manager at Walmart for 15 years before retiring. 

Charlotte enjoyed quilting and oil and acrylic painting.

Surviving is a niece April (Thomas) Baldwin of Conesville; several other nephews,  nieces,  great nephews and nieces,  and great great nephews and nieces. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; six siblings, John J. Banks, Rosemary Scheetz, Pansy VanValien, Charles R. Banks, James H. Banks and Robert A. Banks.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, November 6, 2023 at Franklin Cemetery. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
