Cheryl A. (Mardis) Walters

Cheryl A. (Mardis) Walters age 62 of Coshocton passed away Saturday, June 6, 2026 at Aultman Hospital, Canton, Ohio.

Born May 9, 1964 in Coshocton, she was the daughter of the late Gerald E. Mardis and Donna F. (VanSickle) Mardis of Coshocton.

In addition to her mother, Cheryl is survived by her daughters Dawn M. Weller and Latasha L. Gaskill; three brothers Vernon Mardis, Richard Mardis and Chad Henderson; three sisters Mary (Mardis) Crabbin, Nikki Mardis and Amanda Mardis; two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald E. Mardis; two brothers Gary Mardis and Robert (Bobby) Mardis; grandparents Leona and Robert VanSickle).

Services will be held Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. at the Free Funeral Home, Coshocton with Minister Lloyd Tenney officiating.  Relatives and friends may call one hour prior to the service Saturday. Interment will follow the service at South Lawn Cemetery, Coshocton.
