Martha Ann (Jackson) Polk

                Martha Ann (Jackson) Polk age 78 of Coshocton, Ohio died Friday, January 11, 2019 in her home surrounded by family.

                She was born April 6, 1940 in Zanesville, Ohio and was the daughter of Leonard and Effie (Norris) Jackson.

                She is survived by five children Bob Polk of Columbus, Ohio, Jesse Polk Sr. of Alabama, Thomas Polk of Coshocton, Ohio, Andrea (Mark) Polk of Marion, Ohio and Catherine Bonner of Canton, Ohio; siblings Alpha Evans, Edward (Connie) Jackson, Mary (Norris) Polk, Roger Jackson and Debbie (Maurice) Liggins; grandchildren Melissa, Amy (Eddie) Toney, Jesse Jr., LaToya, Tucker, Mark (Ashley) McDuffie Jr. and Tyson; 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

                She was preceded in death by her husband T.J. Polk, brother Leonard Jackson Jr. and a son-in-law John D. Bonner.

                Funeral services will be 12:00 P.M. Saturday January 19, 2019 at the Free Funeral Home Coshocton, Ohio with Pastor Bill Dunfee officiating.  Friends may call from 10 A.M. until time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Darling Run Cemetery, Warsaw, Ohio.
