Montgomery R. “Monty” Miller age 47 of Bolivar, Ohio passed away January 12, 2018.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 19, 2018 at Free Funeral Home of Coshocton, Ohio with Pastor Sharon Kirch and Pastor Mark Granger officiating with military honors presented by the Coshocton County Veterans Council. Burial will follow at Fairfield Cemetery. Calling hours will be two hours prior to the service from 12 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Montgomery was born February 2, 1971 in Zanesville, Ohio and was the son of Gary L. and Sandra F. (Gaskill) Miller. He was a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He was a civil engineer for Ohio Department of Transportation in Stark County. Montgomery served with the United States Marine Corp in Iraq during 1991. He was an avid fisherman and deer hunter. He was known as Uncle Monty by his beloved nephews Luke and Eli. Monty was compassionate to all and loved America and American values.
In addition to his parents, Montgomery is survived by his brother, Michael Lee (Michelle) Miller of Norton Shores, Michigan and sister, Michelle Lynne (Kevin) McCaffree of Bolivar, Ohio.
