Sarah L Stantz

Sarah L. Stantz, 90 of West Lafayette, died Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at home surrounded by her family.

Born October 19, 1931 in Coshocton County she was the daughter of Willa (Johnson) McPherson.

For 30 years she worked at the Coshocton County Home.

On March 30, 1974 she married Richard T. Stantz who preceded her in death June 11, 2005.

She is survived by 2 daughters Gerri Parks of Newcomerstown and Pat Kyle of Missouri; son Donnie Kyle of Lima; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 17 great great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter due in September; sister Barb Huffman of Zanesville and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother and husband, she is preceded in death by two brothers; two sisters and a great great granddaughter.

Services will be 1:00 P.M. Monday, August 22, 2022 at the Free Funeral Home, Coshocton with Pastor Steve Young officiating.  Interment will follow at Fairfield Cemetery, West Lafayette.

Calling hours will be held two hours prior to the service on Monday.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
