Sean M Burkart

Sean Michael Burkart, age 45, of Fresno, Ohio passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at home after an extended illness. 

Sean was born in Hamilton, Ohio June 3, 1975 to Richard and Diane (Lyons) Burkart who survive.  He was employed by AEP for 10 years.  Sean enjoyed playing guitar.  He was a huge Ohio State Buckeye fan.  Sean played soccer in his youth, high school and early adult years.  He enjoyed watching soccer as well.  He coached his sons’ local Socca teams.

He is survived by his wife, Donna (Mason) Burkart; two sons Logan J. Burkart and Devin M. Burkart; grandmother Lorena Lyons; two nieces Eleni and Jessica; two nephews Nick and Draven; great niece Jennessa; mother-in-law Linda K. Mason; and a beloved dog named Brutus.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Vanessa Thompson and Angelique Howard; grandparents Jacque Lyons, George and Doris Burkart; niece Angel; great nephew Landon.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
