Wilma (Bloom) Baker

Wilma Jean (Bloom) Baker, 79, of Coshocton passed away Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Roscoe Gardens Skilled Nursing and Rehab.

Born December 13, 1946 in Galion, Ohio, Wilma was the daughter of the late Irving Washington Bloom and Esther (Steele) Palmer.

She is survived by her four children Jeannie Baker, Mary Joanna Baker, James Baker, and Paul Baker; nine grandchildren Jeannie Renee (John) Willett, Jody Slusher, Charles Corp, Sarah (Charles) Heath, Stephen Baker, Greg (Ashley) Cool, Zeanna (Dustin) Phillabaum, Brandon Baker and Trever Baker; twenty great grandchildren; eight brothers and sisters Barbara Richards, William (Marilyn) Bloom, Irma (Edward) Amore, Irving (Connie) Bloom, David (Sherry) Bloom, Doris (Gary) Penrod, Tim Bloom and Pam(Clint) Stillwell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers William Bloom, Sid Bloom, Irvin Bloom, David Bloom and Tim Bloom; two sisters Irma Amore and Barbara Richards; one daughter Mary Joanna Baker; one granddaughter Jody Slusher.

A Celebration of Life will take place 1:00 P.M. Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Free Funeral Home with Chaplain John Cadwell officiating.
